1. Having the ground survey done, the static calculations and projects have been established in accordance with the results achieved.
2. The irons used in the construction are ribbed in world standards and have TSE guarantee.
3. On the exterior walls, BRICKS are used with 19x13,5x19 dimensions and on the interior walls, bricks are used with 19x8,5x19 dimensions.
4. The concrete parts are all C20 ready concrete which is in the world standards.
5. The joiners of the doors and windows shall be good quality wooden or PVC while the windows shall be double glazed.
6. The ground floor shall be first class local travertin and the other floors be ceramic.
7. The walls of the bathrooms and WC’s shall be first class local faience.
8. The walls and ceilings shall be painted with PLASTİC paint applied over satin plaster.
9. The cupboard in the kitchen shall be covered with MDF
10. In each room, the installment system for the air-conditioners shall be ready for mounting.
11. On the roof, the connection system for the solar system shall be prepared.
12. In each room, there shall be sockets and switches for electric in accordance with the project arranged.
13. The lightnings in the rooms shall be provided through the ceilings and walls in respect to the project arranged.
14. Interior doors shall be first class wooden doors matching with the joiners.
15. The entry door shall be made of steel or wood.
16. The interior stairs shall be covered with travertin while the rails shall be iron ledger board applied over ferforje iron.
17. The terrace and balconies shall be covered with first class local travertin.
18. The garden shall be grassed.
19. There shall be plumbing system in the garden for watering.
20. The mounting units of the plumbing system shall have TSE quarantee (battery, lavatory, taps etc.)
21. The installation and mounting units (switches, sockets, bulbs etc) for the electricity shall be under TSE guarantee.
22. The company shall provide the following guarantees;
- All items 2 years
- Building structure 10 years
- All appliances are guaranteed according to the manifacturers warranties
